Use these brain break ideas to build up a list of activities you can pull from. Whether your child is in elementary, middle or high school, you can find an activity that works for them.
Physical brain breaks for kids
These brain breaks get kids up and moving. Help your child burn off some energy so they can stay focused when working.
Encourage your child to get up and groove! Take a quick dance break together, or even have a dance-off (singing along is also highly recommended).
