  • As Customer Success Manager drive impactful training and onboarding with private schools across India, helping them to improve math outcomes and help every child love learning. You will help to drive user adoption and retention, collaborate with Sales/Customer Success to drive results within our partnerships, and help to deliver high-quality training to teachers. You will be responsible for maintaining high satisfaction rates amongst our partnered teachers through providing ongoing support and high touch communication. You will build a strong relationship with the key decision makers at schools and showcase the progress of Prodigy implementation to them. You will also be responsible for renewal and upsell of Prodigy to your partnered schools.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with Sales to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Deliver high customer experiences that highlight how Prodigy can help reach their goals
  • Drive adoption metrics throughout the customer journey 
  • Build strong customer relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to partnered schools and districts
  • Be a champion of creating customer happiness and satisfaction
  • Drive renewal goals with partnered schools and districts
  • Help troubleshoot technical issues to ensure all partners are set up for success

Who You Are:

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment and love being client-facing
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication
  • You have high attention to detail and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • You thrive while learning new things and want to grow your skills along with the company
  • 2+ years experience in customer success, support, training, or account management
