Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview:
- As our team continues to scale, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our recruitment practices and strategies are optimized to deliver top talent to allow us to deliver on our key business objectives. You will partner with your local stakeholders and those in our Corporate Offices in Canada to ensure consistency in talent operations and alignment with overall objectives.
Your Impact:
- You will be the leading talent acquisition authority for our India office
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of positions across multiple departments
- Provide coaching and guidance to current Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Create innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to acquire the best talent
- Work with Hiring Managers to align with their hiring needs to identify the right talent
- Coach and support hiring managers throughout the interview process to ensure they are empowered to make strong hiring decisions
- Create a range of reporting metrics to demonstrate the performance of the talent acquisition function
- Consistently review processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process
- Implement best practices to improve hiring speed and quality of candidates
- Be a trusted advisor to your hiring managers and teams, including senior business leaders on all talent acquisition-related matters and industry trends
- Accountable for meeting and exceeding quarterly hiring targets
- Apply your current recruitment knowledge and accelerate your career growth with focused learning
Who You Are:
- Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience, with the majority of time spent in technical recruiting
- Experience in a small startup environment or in a high growth environment
- Proven track record in attracting talent from top-tier tech companies
- Proven ability in leveraging a range of methods to source passive candidates, including social media, specialized sites and your personal network
- Knowledge of current recruiting trends affecting talent acquisition
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems and data management/reporting techniques
- Experience creating and fostering partnerships with internal leadership and executive teams
- Resilient! You have a positive attitude, even in challenging times
- Skilled in working with senior business leaders, supporting and guiding them on talent acquisition best practices.
