Overview:

  • Here at Prodigy, we are working hard to achieve our mission of helping every child in the world to LOVE learning. As the Director of Customer Success, your mission will be to be a trusted advisor to schools and districts across the US, helping them improve math outcomes. You will build a devoted community of school, district, and parent advocates, develop a team of experienced Ed-tech Customer Success professionals managing on-boarding, renewals, and expansion, and innovate relentlessly to scale our team through our next $100M in revenue.

Your Impact:

  • Set the overall vision and strategic plan for the Customer Success organization
  • Drive customer outcomes, adoption, renewals, and revenue growth
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall health scores
  • Reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference ability
  • Expand revenue footprint within accounts by building connection to parent communities (our ultimate buyers) in our schools and districts
  • Optimize customer lifecycle by driving programs to improve engagement approaches based on customer segmentation and leading a culture of continuous improvement
  • Build and lead world-class team:
  • Recruit and develop a high performing team
  • Foster collaboration within the Prodigy team and across customers
  • Drive operational practices to track performance of teams and individuals
  • Work closely with Ops, Sales, and Marketing to align on strategies and guide/implement internal processes (e.g., renewal forecasting, territory plans, and account opportunities)
  • Own cross-functional initiatives to drive Prodigy’s B2B strategy, alongside other leaders within the company
  • Deliver transformational leadership so that team is highly motivated and engaged. Be an inspirational role model by challenging and maximizing the strength of the team and aligning their efforts to the mission and vision of the organization

Who You Are:

  • Customer obsessed leader with the ability to set a vision for your team, and lead them to effective execution and delivery
  • Experienced with leading and scaling Customer Success teams in education technology companies and have a proven track record of success
  • Excited by the challenges that come with a rapidly growing and scaling company, and have thrived in this kind of environment
  • Coaching and mentorship is your passion - you thrive on seeing your team members grow and develop personally and professionally
  • Not afraid to stretch yourself outside of your comfort zone to take on new challenges, and have a love for continuous learning
  • Might have experience managing sales teams, which is a bonus for this role!

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with both low-touch and high-touch Customer Success models
  • Revenue focus within Customer Success
