We understand how critical it is for you to safeguard data. That’s why we’re proud members of the Access 4 Learning / Student Data Privacy Consortium and use a form of the National Data Privacy Agreement.Â
When a state Data Privacy Agreement is signed with a district, it opens up the opportunity for other districts in the same state to easily "piggyback" on the existing agreement. This involves a simple process of signing and returning to the email address indicated in Exhibit E. By doing so, your district adopts the terms laid out in the original Agreement.
