Senior Lifecycle Communications Manager

Your Impact
- Develop and implement new lifecycle campaigns, journeys and triggers across the full customer journey.
- Drive end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies for each stage of the customer segment.
- Own the CRM personalization strategy to ensure personalized communications.
- Utilize data for team decision-making, employing insights to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the Parent Mobile app, Prodigy's sales portal, and overall business strategy to inform marketing decisions
- Develop experimentation roadmaps and execute A/B testing initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Accelerate growth and uncover opportunities by proactively building relationships to drive partnerships with different teams
About You
- Highly experienced in Braze, or like platform, with demonstrated experience in creating sophisticated journeys and can leverage HTML coding capabilities
- Experience leading the delivery of email marketing campaigns in a B2C or B2B environment, delivering in-app push notifications and/or SMS campaigns
- You’re Tech-savvy! Experience in building user-focused customer lifecycle journeys using marketing automation software and interested in integrating emerging technologies into your workflow
- Can translate product value propositions into compelling sales pitches to re-engage users or drive conversions
- You become a subject matter expert for the products you support
- Embodies Prodigy's values: Driven to do what's best for the user, leads with a radically candid mentality, seeks learning experiences, and demonstrates accountability
- 5+ years in an email marketing/CRM/Lifecycle marketing role
Bonus Points
- A degree, diploma or certification in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- Experience within the education space
- Experience reading & editing through HTML and CSS
